"Hotel is located in old plantation. The main house is renoved and designed in colonial style. Room was very big and comfortable, with beautiful tarrace and view. Equipment was great: all you need you can easily find or just ask for this. Staff was extra-nice and very helpful. They are open and smile. "Great value for money! The bungalows were spacious and clean with amazing views to the beach. Perfect location for the trip to the Equator and the boat ride there was easily organized. All in all the staff was super helpful with everything, even with our ever changing schedules for car rides. The fish we had for lunch was probably the best we’ve ever had. "This is about the only option for reasonably priced and reasonably comfortable lodging in Sao Tome. The location is not ideal for walking and the rooms are bare boned. Be sure to organize breakfast plans in advance. It looks like a buffet, but it’s only for those who have reserved it. All in all it’s not a bad choice for those who don’t want to pay resort prices."
