"We had a wonderful experience staying here. The guys at the front desk were so welcoming and very helpful. They even allowed us to check in early, which was great! They were also very attentive to our needs and I truly felt well cared for during my entire stay. The rooms are so beautiful and I had an amazing view of the city from my balcony. I'll definitely stay here again whenever I return to Cusco. Thanks to all the staff for making my experience enjoyable!"

"Great place to stay. They switched our rooms a few times which was a pain but fine regardless. The showers don’t have much water pressure and often are cold but that’s expected! The bar is fun and the atmosphere is lovely. Food is good, walking distance to everything."

"All staff are very friendly and helpful. Reception in morning and evening shift (I remember only RUIT name) help me to call tour agents. Good location can walk to Plaza and near hotel have tradition food restaurant and laundry. Highly recommend stay this LP. I checked in 15-17 Jul 19 and check in again on 20-23 Jul 19 same type of room but I got smaller than 1st check in (as advertised) . And still wait Expedia replied."

"We enjoyed our stay here, we only did one night before we went up to Aguas Calientes but the free cooking class with trout ceviche and the cocktail tutorial for their area drink Pisco Sour was a great touch. The live music in the courtyard was really good his name was Peter, the ladies who helped during the class were Carlota and Nilda, very sweet and informative. "The room is clean and cosy. However, the ventilation is bad if the window is closed. Also, the noise from the other room was heard. Staff there are very nice, coca tea was provided at checkin and the room is available even before checkin time. There are only limited food choices for breakfast. However, packed breakfast is available if need to leave early."
