"Room clean and new"

"Very confortable suite in Santiago, safe access to the building. Friendly and helpful front desk staff."

"Me pareció excelente. Solo estuve una noche y fue muy cómodo y seguro. Varias puertas con cierres automáticos o que requerían la tarjeta de entrada."

"Es un lugar muy agradable para quedarse en Santiago, una zona tranquila cerca del metro y varios lugares de comida y tiendas. El cuarto está muy bien equipado"

"There is always a party outside - The Place doesn’t care if you want to sleep They let them party all night Beyond that the stay was amazing"

"スタッフはフレンドリーで温かい。朝食も美味しい。立地場所も雰囲気がよい。"

"Apart Hotel B is centrally located near major roads. There are many restaurants nearby. The staff was always attentive and helpful before and during the stay. Breakfast is delivered the night before so one can fix the breakfast early in the morning. My room was spacious and equipped with a two-furnace electric stove, pots, pans and a toaster. "The Staff, specifically Andres was very friendly, helpful and had good communication. Clean place, close to market center, mini markets, official headquarters and many sight seeing areas"

"Muy amables los propietarios y exelente ubicación"

"The building is located in a nice area. You can take wonderful walks. There is a park nearby. There is a good food store within ten minutes walk from the apartment. There are many restaurants around the apartment building. It is a good deal to stay at that property."

"I was able to check in before the scheduled time, which I really appreciated. The reception staff were very friendly and attentive throughout my stay. I had stayed here before, and once again, the service and communication were excellent. I highly recommend R Suite, both for the quality of the service and its privileged location right in the city centre, close to banks, the Government Palace, supermarkets, and a wide range of services. Everything you need is within easy reach. The area is very...

"The location was good. They did allow us to check in early and they allowed us to leave our luggage after check out and while we waited for our flight. However, the property and especially the room was not as advertised. The room looks nothing like the website. The room is very small, uncomfortable, and dingy. The bed appeared to be broken and uncomfortable. The bed mattress did not appear to match the bed frame. The blow dryer which was hard wired into the outlet did not work. There are...
