"Unfortunately we were only met with frustration/dissatisfaction and mostly disappointment Our room didn’t have hot water, we mentioned this everyday and only got it for one day which was the second day we stayed that was the best shower until we got back at the end to shower again and until every other day was just too cold hot water wasn’t working. "Amazing spot. Big property with 3 beach’s to choose from. Rooms and amenities are great. Hotel staff were excellent, service with a smile. Some long waits for food at restaurant but island time isn’t a bad thing! Close to the airport but a bit far from Apia and other attractions in Upolu so bring cash for taxis. Best spot to book in Samoa!"
