"For the price I paid for (NZD1500), I still believed that the service was not on par. Stayed in the front rooms of the hotel on the very top floor (top room straight across the waterfront) and 1st day of our stay, we experienced that during the day when there was a gust of wind coming through the front open deck into the open lounge area, it would blow our door opened (even when we fully locked it). For 3 days I complained about this and all they could do was "keep an eye out for it". So when...

"AMAZING staff. So incredibly warm and hospitable. 10/5 stars. I had a couple minor issues that were somewhat annoying. When I checked in I let staff know my room was missing a hairdryer and remote, and this was not replaced. Later than night I encountered a swarm of snails that had entered my unit. Of course not something hotel can control - it's the tropics. I asked to be moved to another room which was immediately accommodated. However upon arriving to the room I noticed there was no deadbolt....

"The resort is well maintained and staff were friendly and helpful. The meals were hit and miss ranging from very good at the theme nights to disappointing at breakfast, which was a shame and did take away from what could have been an excellent experience rather than good."

"I cannot fault the Seabreeze Resort. The owners Chris and Rhonny were fantastic and their staff outstanding. Best of all is the private beach and reef which was great for snorkelling and swimming. Restaurant and Pool bar were great with a good selection of food and drinks to cater for everyone’s taste. If you want a truely relaxing holiday then this is the place to go in Samoa. We will be back for sure. To all at the Seabreeze Resort thank you for a wonderful time. We returned home today and...

"Unfortunately Service was slow, or otherwise forgotten about. Rooms were average, and slightly unorganized. It's not a place I'd personally go back too, I'd more than likely find other options."
