"They told me that there’s an upgrade to my room however it is not a harbour view. Then they said “their system made a mistake and gave my room to someone else”, and they can only offer me something not as good. And they call that an “upgrade”. I. "We stay in 2 bedrooms suite. Room decoration is good clean and good space. Very good view and can open the door, winter for fresh air. I feel like stay in condimenium having kitchen and there are washing and drying machine in the hotel. The location is great near the attraction in the walking area. Near testaurant and mall.
