"We were really blown away when we arrived at this hotel after an 11 hour flight. Bellhops and check in staff all in pristine uniforms. It seemed like every guest was dressed in pressed business clothes. Ferraris and BMWs out front. Very fancy. We were in rumpled travel clothes. "Great location. Smallish rooms that they have everything you need. Nice & clean. Excellent location - close to transport - trains, ferries, trams etc. Generally value for money. They could provide larger shampoo, body wash etc especially if sharing a room. Having the kettle in the cupboard for use is also difficult if you’re short and can’t see onto the shelf properly as you need to remove it from the cupboard to fill."

"The hotel is in a great location. The rooms were really nice. The staff was great. There was construction in the lobby that was affecting being able to enjoy the lobby. I was charged for a full breakfast when the breakfast was not being offered to its fullest capacity due to construction. It made me feel like customer service was lacking and I never sought breakfast at the hotel again. Other than the construction issues and mediocre service during that time the hotel is lovely. "

"Hotel was in a great location, close to transport and a walk to Darling Harbour. Rooms were nice thought the sofa was very worn and the TV channels didn’t change easily. Beds were comfy and had nice bathroom with lovely amenities. We had a La carte breakfast on our morning in their restaurant and the service was average as they were understaffed. The pancakes were terrible and coffee not great. We didn’t eat there again. Overall it was a good stay and value for money."

"I stayed at Ryder’s during my long layover, and it was superb! Super convenient location, just a short walk across the street from the airport, very modern, clean, quiet hotel, proximity to runways did not bother me at all, I did not hear a thing! Self checkin was a breeze. I would definitely stay there again!"

"While the staff were lovely and the room was nice we waited 3 hours for a second bathrobe and had to call 4 times. There was also an opened bottle of sparkling water in the mini bar. The carpet in the hallway was dirty and needed a vacuum. For a hotel that costs a lot to stay in, those details are a bit of a letdown. "

"Our overnight stay was for the purpose of attending a concern at Enmore, and we chose this hotel for easy access to rail transport and overnight car parking. Our room was spacious, clean and very quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. Ticked all the boxes for our needs on this occasion. "
