"NO SOAP in the showers leading into the spa - disgusting. If I want to have a shower post-spa, there's no body wash or proper handwash around. Not very hygienic. The jacuzzi wasn't working - that's part of the reason I booked here. Not good enough in the summer frankly otherwise don't advertise it and over-promise if you can't maintain it, there's no excuses if you bait people in using that and then have a does not working sign, frankly I'm entitled to money back for false advertising. "Really nicely appointed hotel and very comfortable. There is plenty of parking You are offered a good choice for breakfast and it is very reasonable. Downside, it does not do evening meals so you have to make alternative arrangements. Fortunately there are quite a few pubs and restaurants within walking distance. "Charming pub with rooms in the courtyard. Each one had parking outside. Very spacious room with comfortable bed, smart tv and tea & coffee making facilities. Good size en suite with great shower. Towels provided along with a hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Breakfast was made to order along with continental options. Staff friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again. "

"Lovely spacious room with milk in a fridge and real coffee bags. Comfy bed and super shower. Breakfast was a help yourself to croissant and butter. Would've been good to have had a more healthy option. Such as fruit and/or yogurt in the fridge. Only issue really was the wifi. Couldn't get the TV to work in the morning, and in th3 evening it dropped out a lot. Other than that it was a very comfortable stay. Thank you."

For the reception you want to navigate to the South entrance on Landcroft Lane and then take the first left.
