"The property is dated. It’s clean but the space is tight if you drive a big vehicle. The room was clean but dated. Needs a towel hanging space In The restroom. The breakfast was good. Love that they have directions posted for everything. Overall not bad for price in today’s market."

"Overall the room needs to be completely remodeled. The shower had cracks that were just glued together. The headboards of the bed was peeling. Even though it's complementary breakfast it's the same thing everyday. The bedsheets had holes and the list goes on and on. Wouldn't recommend this place."

"The staff was very helpful and pleasant. There was not an attitude checking in or checking out. Every staff member we ran into had a smile on their face. Breakfasts was plentiful and a great selection of foods."

"The hotel was clean and close to restaurants nearby. The breakfast was okay. It served its purpose, nothing too fancy. Overall, this was a great stay, especially if you plan to be out exploring Dallas."

"There was some construction in the lobby, however, that didn’t slow down checking in. The staff was extremely helpful. The breakfast was very nice. We didn’t use the swimming pool, but it looked like it might need to be cleaned."

"The property was clean, and the staff was great, but the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash containers are at the end of the tub/shower where the contents can’t help but fall on the inside of the tub making it very slickly. I slipped and bruised my shin pretty bad while trying to get in the shower. So, be very careful when getting in the shower! Also, we stayed three nights, and the second morning while we were trying to get dressed for our grandson’s graduation, all the lights in our room went...

"The facility is in poor shape and showing it's age. It was acceptably clean. You kind of get what you pay for with this one."

"If I could give a -1 rating I would. This property and rooms were the worst I have ever experienced. Mold and filth in the shower. Smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors not working and hanging off the walls. The man at the desk was rude and most unhelpful. The pool area was trashed and filthy. The ADA lift was broken. The elevator was out of order. I am actually contacting the Health Department. Do not stay here!"

"Very clean property. Beautiful pool, gym. I even had washer and dryer in my unit. Smart tv. I felt very safe and right at home in my unit!! Beautiful Fresh market on corner. Very nice location. Will definitely stay again. "
