The room, the service, and the check-in process were all amazing. The breakfast was amazing as well. The staff was remarkable. The front desk staff, whether they worked the day or night shift, was very helpful. I went into the city and came back to find my AC leaking and had some issues with the toilet, due to the weather being so cold outside. No matter what time...
