The staff makes the hotel feel like it is family-owned, many have been there for years. From the GM Joe, to Susan at the front desk to Danielle, Alyssa and Chelsea in the restaurant, they all make sure that every detail is taken care of and that guests can relax and enjoy everything the area has to offer. We will definitely be back as many times as we can this summer! "

"The staff were extremely nice, and they double check the cleanliness and status of your room after turnover by the cleaning staff. They made a large effort to have the room ready for an earlier check-in. The room itself was very clean (and the bathroom products smell great). The hotel is situated next to the international tennis hall of fame and is a short walk to downtown, or you can take a slightly longer stroll and head toward the cliff walk/mansions! "
