"I am not the type to write these reviews. I don’t expect the rooms to be perfect. I traveled this weekend with my wife and two kids. We checked in late Friday at around 11:45p. The check in went well, we got to our 1st floor room and it smelled musty, like the room had gotten wet and never dried out. It was late, the kids needed to sleep, we dealt with it. It’s 2 nights, we’d manage. (We aren’t the type to complain.) We ran out late morning and when we got back there were bugs crawling up...

"No curtains to pull shut at night. Blind but you could see out through( not sure if could see in from outside. When went to check out no one at front desk. Waited for awhile and finally a person working in restaurant come over took key cards."

"Very nice"

"GREAT. PLACE TO STAY! CLEAN ROOMS AND CAFETERIA,GOOD FOOD.FRIENDLY STAFF!"

"Clean room, free breakfast and helpful staff"

"Well designed rooms, lots of lighting and convenient outlets and electronics plug-ins. Great, helpful, friendly staff. Good breakfast options. Comfortable bed and pillows."

"Room #1 was as pictured and clean; A/C was kind of funky. But mostly the room location was a little strange being in the basement and next to both an obviously dirty and maybe broken ice machine and the back door, which fostered noisy guests or whomever to walk by my door throughout the evening. The windows looked out over the very-close highway so there was traffic noise throughout the night. The bathroom was basically what you'd find in an old Days Inn, with bulbs missing and old-style...

"You get what you pay for. But it is gross seeing a bath mat with stains, towels with stains, and then bed spread with holes (probably cigarette burns...)"

"Honestly this place needs a through cleaning, there’s mold on the ceiling and the bathroom door was broken. The sink and toilet were absolutely disgusting"

"Very clean room, well maintained. Nicely renovated / finished. House keeping does a thorough job. Would stay again 10/10"

"The property was beautiful. The neighborhood is a little run down but not too bad. Full breakfast was great. Owner' s been running the place for 26 years, it's her home and she has tons of knowledge of the area."

"I will not stay there again, it was very sketchy. old, outdated, uncomfortable where it felt unsafe. but it was the only place available on very short notice in the area that I need to be."

"Exterior of building was worn, room was ok and what would be expected at this price point. There were few amenities…no hair dryer, no Kleenex. Wi-Fi worked easily. "
