"Das Hotel ist angenehm, sehr sauber, aber die Zimmer sind seehr klein, die Koffer müssen auf dem Boden liegen und man muß aus dem Koffer liegen - und dies bei einem sog. 5* Hotel. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll, aber im Stil altmodisch. Das Bad ist auch sehr klein, 2 Personen passen nicht hinein. Was sehr ärgerlich ist: das Hotel lässt sich , wie auf Hydra ja normal nur zu Fuß erreichen, aber der Weg ist für Rollkoffer - und bepackte Koffer könne heutzutage gerollt werden- nahezu...

"The property is perched high up, some 120 steps up from the harbour. If you don’t feel like carrying your own luggage you can hire the service of a local mule for 20 euros. The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable recommending local restaurants. Our room (201) was situated at the end where of the building overlooking the harbour. We had a terrace at the rear to sit and enjoy a glass of wine but this did not have a view. Our shower doors were missing but this was not an issue.s the...

"WATER EMERGENCY. Located on the edge of town with short walk to anything needed. I booked a 2 night stay, but only stayed one night because I became aware of an island-wide water emergency during the stay. The bathroom smelled terrible. Not sure if this was related to the water emergency or not. This was not communicated in the listing or check in instructions. Only when specifically asked about it did the property manager say the water was safe for hygeine, which contradicted local reports...
