He was courteous, respectful, and provided excellent service, accommodating my request and even allowing me to choose my preferred room. His professionalism and warm hospitality truly stood out — far exceeding the service I’ve experienced at other Crowne Plaza IHG hotels during my travels from London to Birmingham to Glasgow as an Asian guest. "Ich war bei meinem kurzen Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden bis auf die Tatsache, dass es im Badezimmer keine Toilettenbürsten gibt. Es ist mir und sicher auch anderen Gästen sehr unangenehm, sichtbare Hinterlassenschaften in der Toilette hinterlassen zu müssen. Außerdem finde ich auch, dass man das dem Reinigungspersonal ersparen könnte. "
