"Amazing experience, great hot tubs, lovely rooms"

"The room was not clean. There was a used plaster/ bandaid stuck to the wall inside my closet. The cleaning staff are scheduled to come at 3pm and are not accommodating around your schedule. The reception staff are unhelpful and rude."

"If you're visiting Queenstown, this is absolutely the best location. It is an easy walk to all the best restaurants and attractions. And the Thrifty car hire is right across the street. We stayed for a week. We hired a car for the last three days to do some day trips. We found overnight car parking on the street but you have to pay after 9am. Some of the hotel's facilities need some work. In the laundry, 3 of the 6 machines were out of order. And the spa was out of action. We went to the outdoor...

"QT Queenstown is positioned on the Esplanade with views across the lake, towards the mountains. It is undergoing modernisation. A short 5 min walk to town, where there are multiple choices for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The staff are incredible and cannot please you enough. They have free wine tasting daily, there is Also a roof bar and restaurant on site. Will definitely stay here again."

"Loved that it is environmentally focused. Showers were great. Much better than they looked as I am not really a fan of showers over a bath. Restaurant was AMAZING! I would come here again regardless of whether I was staying or not. Wrong grind of coffee for the plunger, but that is really the only negative I can think of :)"

"Room needs an upgrade especially the bathrooms. We weren't told about amenities on check in so we missed there was a gym only found it the last day on other side of the building. Views from room were incredible. Breakfast was good . Central location for walking to town and on walks."
