"Regina is an excellent location for exploring the old part of Le Puy. The staff were very. helpful and we arranged car parking with them which was very useful. The Hotel restaurant was good and serves excellent food at a reasonable price. "

"Tout etait parfait meme si la chambre n 'est pas luxueuse, le personnel est vraiment tres serviable et accueillant,le petit dejeuner delicieux avec des produits locaux ( verveine et thé pages , et du pain aux lentilles,saint nectaire..)et des documents et affiches sur la region.De cet hotel , tout est accessible. Nous y reviendrons!!"

"I booked inclusive of breakfast and when it came to pay he said that it was not inclusive and that I had to contact you after paying the extra. I disagreed and told him to contact you and that I would pay the 70 euros agreed. He refused became very agressive and threatened me , and then said he would call the police whixh I agreed to . I said again that I would pay the 70 euros which again he refused so I said I would therefore pay nothing so left without paying. It was a very traumatic...
