"The pool was deeper than most pools in the area instead of 3 foot it was between 4 and 5 foot. The rooms were excellent. Called late for gate trouble, I recommend arriving first time in daylight to see how gates open for parking. But they answered right away and assisted us! They were so nice, got an extra blanket delivered the same night as well and they were so nice. There is zero view of the beach but the beach is only 5 minutes walking to be on jaco beach itself. "This was the perfect place to spend our honeymoon! The view is absolutely breathtaking in person, with the most diverse species of birds singing beautiful songs and flying all around the area. The suite was extremely clean and the pool was completely private, just for our unit. It was great to have AC and private parking. "Our stay at Pavones Point was perfect! The location is right at the top point of Pavones surf break. Walk right across the road and paddle out…or walk a little down to the right for a bit less intense wave. The condo was clean and spacious…had everything we needed. Clean towels, comfortable beds, coffee maker, toaster, blender. No salt or pepper and no trays if you plan on making bacon or roasting anything. And no full length mirrors but the location makes up for that!"

"This property is at an intersection on a main road and a bus stop shelter built into the facade in front of the hotel. Lots of steps to climb so keep that in mind with luggage. It is not near any markets or restaurants. Some rooms are renovated and others are not. The sliding doors have no screens and there and no privacy sheers. The unit was clean as well as the pool area and the manager was a rock star."

"Amazing place, great staff and they respond quickly thru What's App to anything you need. Would stay again, very private. You can't hear anything from the main drag. I'd recommend closing the blinds that face the sun when you leave for the day so it's not as hot when you return, you can ask the cleaning ladies that"

"Place was very nice and well located. 10 min walk to the Ballena National Park entrance. It was very warm and no fan strong enough to keep windows opened so we had to use air conditioning and leave curtains closed. So we did no feel like staying very long inside. No private exterior area to Relax but there was a great common area with deep pool ! I do recommand if the only thing you need is sleep and shower. "
