"While the staff was 5-star—exceptionally helpful and even surprised us with an anniversary cake—the hotel itself is far from a luxury experience. The Issues: • The Pool Experience: Total disappointment. The pool is small and shallow (4ft), and was completely overrun by a massive group of school kids. There was no relaxing music, no menu available when asked, and a 7:00 PM closing time that is way too early. It felt like a public park, not a 5-star retreat. • Atmosphere & Hygiene: To save costs, the hotel turns off the hallway AC, making floors stiflingly hot. We also noticed weird smells in the walkways and found hair in our bathroom upon arrival. • Logistics: Zero signage on floors for the gym or pool. Because of the large groups, we often waited 5–10 minutes for a lift."

"Unfortunately, this was not a pleasant day as the bedrooms had mould and cracks on the walls the bathroom the curtains even though we had booked 6 to 7 rooms between all our family members somehow the Customer Service was not great at all and they refused to do anything about it. This swimming pools had pigeons in it which were drinking and leaving poo in. Overall the hotel just wasn’t family friendly or adequate for the pricing that they charge. I don’t think I would ever recommend sending anyone here at dinner day one of the family members had asthma and mould is the worst thing possibly for this. "

"A very good choice of buffet for breakfast and dinner. The food is always delicious. The room service was also very good, including the portion sizes. The staff looked after us very well. They accommodated us as much as possible as we needed an early check in and late check out, this made our stay more relaxed. Kundan and Amanpreet were friendly but professional. The shopping mall next to the hotel is great."

"Room was very filthy. Property was not clean at all. Washroom floors were sticky, and there were stains all over the washroom. Bed sheets were not optimal as well. "

"Terrible experience at Radisson Hotel. During the rain, water was leaking through the windows in Room 312—completely unacceptable. Instead of changing our room, they sent someone to just mop the water like it was normal. The room was a mess and clearly not maintained. We called reception three times for luggage assistance and no one showed up. Then, despite being told the night before that checkout was 1:30 PM, we got a call at 12:30 PM forcing us to leave early. No apology, no accountability, no effort to fix the situation. I expect a proper compensation. Avoid this place."
