"The best location in Pisa. Our room was spacious, clean and quiet. Staff accommodated our late check in and went out of their way. Great stay."

"My room was clean but compact. The shower had good water pressure but the drain was slow so there was excess standing water while taking a shower. The breakfast options were below expectations. There was no coffee available before 7am. The beading was thin and no extra blankets. Parking was extremely poor and difficult to find"

"Great hotel, easy to walk to Pisa centre. Staff were either v helpful at check in ( a young lady, sorry I did not get her name) , or to lazy to help us later when room key to our room would not work , the gentleman on reception had my 69year old husband going up and down 3 times to get it fixed, blamimg us!! Eventually he reluctantly came upstairs on my husbands insistance + agreed the fault was on their side, no apology given at all! V poor service. As we were leaving early a takeaway...

"It’s new and very clean and communication is very clear with entry."

"Nos quedamos solo una noche en el hotel, y la experiencia estuvo bien. Hay estacionamiento gratis alrededor de la propiedad, y aunque las habitaciones no son lo que uno esperaría de un hotel 4 estrellas, sí están decentes para una noche."

"I booked a small double bunk room with private external bathroom It was only me in the room (someone did come in after I'd went to sleep but had gone by the time I'd woken up) Great outside area and bar"

"We, my wife and I, staid 3 nights mid August . We were surprised that nobody came during our stay to clean our room and/or make the bed. But 2 more things were more shocking to us. 1- There was indeed a kettle in our kitchen, however nowhere to plug it. There was no wall socket to plug the the 3-pin plug. Also, no cups to be found in our kitchen. I had to go to the restaurant to ask for cups ! 2- The breakfast costs 18 euros. This price would be acceptable with more choice of food and free...

"Fantastic location and a really lovely hotel"

"Staff (all ladies) were extremely polite and helpful. Good included breakfast with hot & cold choices. Beds very comfortable and clean. "Double Executive Room with two dbl/queen beds and balcony" - second bedroom, through a doorway, was very small, furniture very old, wonky tap in bathroom. Clever photography misleading regarding room sizes. No fly/mosquito screens on windows so unable to open them OR use the balcony as the Mosquitos were very active. Windows not double glazed so traffic noise...

"The location was great. Easy to get to from the train station and was as described. A small room we had. If had more luggage than carry ons for two people you would have been crowded. The description to get in was perfect. Easy to follow. Close to tower ( 10 minute walk) and lots of restaurants to chose from"

"Room is big and clean ..very nice view pisa tower ..abit noise and price is cheaper"
