"Great location right near Mount Rushmore. Room was nice and clean. The only negatives were a significant amount of nails found in the gravel parking lot. Second minor annoyance is the loud air conditioner. We are use to a fan or other white noise while we sleep but the ac was a bit loud. We would book here again. We weren’t impressed by the restaurant like a number of people who have eaten there have been bit thats a different review. We would book here again."

"Excellent breakfast/brunch options and drinks at the cafe. The location is the best in the Black Hills as it sits just above Custer. We had five families stay at the Inn for the long 4th of July weekend and everyone loved the place. We will be back."

It became a joke to see how long before the cleaner cleaned elevator. This property is older with the old musty smell to it, the carpets were old, and the room carpets and reclining chair were needing cleaned.
