"The whole staff is amazing, number one in customer service. Fernando at the front desk is always trying to help!"

If you’re a 1st time traveler to Buenos Aires (like me) I could not find the property right away because the entrance at first does not look like a typical hotel. "Palacio Duhau is touted as one of the most luxurious stays with top notch service in Buenos Aires. The palace is fantastic, rooms are ‘meh’ at best (think of hotel room for convention center guests) offering nothing out of the ordinary, staff -overall- appear"

"Es el hotel perfecto!! Super bien ubicado y pagas un precio muy razonable por un cuarto limpio, moderno y práctico con buen baño y regadera, cama cómoda, escritorio y todo muy bien distribuido en el espacio. Lo único que yo agregaría es que ofrezcan desayuno pero por lo demás es un sólido 10/10"

"The entire place was incredible. The staff in particular were very hospitality oriented. Alejandro and Gonzalo in particular were wonderful to work with and expert bartending skills! I’ll definitely be back!"

After receiving the call from Expedia, the manager was kind enough to find a heater. My colleague who booked from another agent was not able to get a heater. Second issue, there was construction in the hotel with disturbing loud noise which was not announced to people who reserved at that hotel. Third...
