"Overall it was a great stay for us. We enjoyed the location and cleanliness of the room and hotels. However, please improve the breakfast options and hygiene as well as the staff’s sop. I think the foods are so repetitive in daily basis and barely got refilled till we had to ask the staff few times. "Hi following are my observation and comment for improvement: 1. The masterbedroom door need to be fixed. Cannot open from inside the room. Knob mechanism not working. 2. TV box not fuctioning properly. 3. The room floor is not clean. Dust and hair strands can be found everywhere in the unit. 4. Washing machine was leaking water continuously. We had to clear the water using cloth. No broom or mop in the room. 5. Insufficient utensils. The unit is not well maintained in general. I will not...

"Os funcionários são simpáticos e prestativos. Em relação à acomodação, as fotos apresentadas são mais atrativas do que o apartamento em si, que possui características antigas, especialmente visíveis nas paredes. As casas de banho são funcionais, porém escuras. Os corredores de acesso apresentam um cheiro desagradável, provavelmente devido a lixeira próximo a uma das portas do corredor. Serve como paragem de descanso a caminho das ilhas."
