"I opted for non-smoking but smelled the smoke once get in the room. I have reported it and got some amount as refund as the non-smoking room is unavailable. Otherwise it’s ok."

"Great boutique hotel in center of Medina. Great breakfast restaurant and bar."

"The keyless lock at the front was a little touchy and it took multiple tries sometimes. It’s a 2-step code which can be an issue if your finger isn’t exactly on the right spot. Also no elevator with lots of steps to 2nd floor. Everything else was great."

"The room was definitely neglected, bugs that were dead in plain sight and not picked up, room service never cleaned any messes, not to mention they just walk in without knocking, just made the beds and took care of the trash can, not the actual trash that was put aside for them, also found a coke baggy in between the couch cushions of the pullout couch, the power also went out, after talking to the manager about what had happened, he said “well what do you want me to do about it?” So then I had...

"This quaint inn was in a wonderful location, the staff was very helpful and the room was spacious and beautiful."

"Entire house clean and tidy. Towels, shampoo was provided. There was coffee available and several drinks in refrigerator. Inviting and pleasant stay. "

We went...

"It did the job. Standard hotel experience."

"Wallpaper in room was peeling off the wall. Shower head was old. Noise from kids running around on second floor was not appreciated. Breakfast area was flat-out, substandard. Whatever was in the coffee pot, was anything but coffee. The bed was comfortable. Not my best experience, by any means."

"Everything was great for our stay."

"Just stayed overnight but the rooms were clean and the staff were great! Love the free parking as well and there is a gas station and variety store on the property so very convenient. Also a Target, Marshall’s etc very close which was a bonus!"

"The location was good. Although setting back of the main road it was close to many area shopping. The staff was wonderful and housekeeping was respectful, providing everything we needed. Including fixing a drain issue immediately. The only reason maintenance got a 4 is because apparently at the hotel at the time of our stay there was not a maintenance person on staff. Luckily housekeeping took care of the small maintenance issue we had. Breakfast was not fancy but sufficient. We were there for...
