"Staff were rude - lots of them milling about but not very forthcoming to help. Room was nice as long as you did not look too much! Shower was coming loose off the wall. Not much choice of TV stations. Conference facilities were appalling. The AV system was of very poor quality - only hand held microphones that were very poor, cutting out all the time and sound quality terrible. Screens also need an update. "

Yes, you hear everything going on in the other room (from the toilet) and all conversations in the corridor while in the room. "The staff were fabulous, customer service is a priority here. Room was nicely decorated. Seat by the window is a lovely idea. Toilet was clean, although yellowing. Bed was comfy. Outside space overlooking the lagoon was my favourite. I could stay there all day. Breakfast menu offered a really good selection. They even had gluten free options. Tons of pastries, cut fruit options were mainly pineapple, watermelon, orange and papaya. The orange was hard, and I did see mango once. Would be good to...
