"Our stay had some issues but Omni staff was very helpful and listened to our concerns. They made it right , will be returning. This is our favorite hotel to stay at"

"Don’t stay here. Staff was unhelpful and the amenities were less than minimum. The rooms, furniture and everything was so outdated in the room. Just felt completely unclean and gross from top to bottom. Additionally check in is at 4 and checkout at 10 so just really not worth the money. I called for an early check in at 11 am and they wouldn’t budge to even try to accommodate but there’s no way they were “too busy” to try to at least give an hour early of a checkout. I feel duped by the rating...

"The first room I was assigned was infested with roaches, which forced me to request a room change. Unfortunately, the housekeeping in the second room was also disappointing. The staff did the bare minimum, and the room looked almost exactly the same afterward. Overall, the cleanliness and room conditions were unacceptable."

"))))))))))))))"

"The bed was nice and cozy, AC worked great. Loved the products in the restroom, the staff were really nice too. Hoping to come back with a longer stay in the future."

"The room was great more than I expected and the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful when we had room key issues."

"Great location and staff"

"I paid for breakfast that sad I dint"

"👍"

"Good"

"The rooms is clean, except for the fine layer of sand that was on the floor. The hot tub and pool were both filthy when we arrived and unusable. They were clean by the end of the week but we didnt get a chance to use it before we left. The table in the gazebo and the gazebo itself need some repair and the amount of ants and fly could be easily handled by some traps and cleaning."
