As a runner, I valued quick access to the fitness center at an affiliate hotel, running path along the water (Akershusstranda), and Smoothie Xchange in Byporten—all within 400 meters (.25M) of the Comfort Hotel Xpress Central Station. Staff were the best, knowledgeable about the area and personable. Matias provided recommendations that I hadn't previously found in my research, and Julia and Evelina seemed to learn my morning routine—down to the coffee. "

"The hotel was centrally located and very convenient. We had a beautiful view of the lake and each floor had a nice sitting area to enjoy the view. The breakfast was wonderful and plentiful. The staff was outstanding."

"We only had one night at the hotel prior to boarding Havila, but it was a lovely stay . Very nice comfortable rooms, fabulous views for from restaurant and easy walking into Trondheims historic district . Breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices both continental and cooked. There’s ample parking and a taxi rank right outside the door . The only disappointment was that the restaurant was not open for meals on the Sunday but staff were very helpful in guiding us to a nice area for a lunch . Would definitely recommended a stay here ."
