"The stay at the cottages was extremely comfortable, with a stream running by and moutains you can relax at this place. They had good wifi connection and when reached out for help, the person on-line was helpful. We enjoyed our stay."

"The room was great. I read reviews the night before and they complained about the floors squeaking and kitchen not being good. They must have remodeled since those reviews. Floors were all new and the kitchen was great. The email could have given more info on how to get there but if you search for Stadsrflot, that is the name of the road and it takes you right there."

"The cabin is new, super clean, ABSOLUTELY everything you need inside, all new or almost new, fancy coffee machine with coffee beans inside- super appreciated, thank you. The location is excellent: off main road, you have the mountains in front and the horses of the farm everywhere. Thank you for making our stay memorable! "Very clean and comfy apartment attached to a family home with nice view of the water. Not sure what kind of farm it is but the apartment is surrounded by vehicles, cars, trucks… A semi blocks the only window viewing the North. Also, there is a clothes washer but no dryer (only small drying rack)"

"El lugar donde se encuentran las cabañas es de ensueño. Justo al frente el paso de el rio Vididalsá y atrás un pedazo de cordillera imperante. Río arriba como de 5-7 minutos está el cañón Kolugljúfur. Las cabañas son bien acogedoras y el staff super atento y amable. Recomendado y pico!"

"Unfortunately, we never received the check-in information regarding the cabin. We’re staying in ahead of time, but we figured it out on our own when I try to contact the owner. Their information wasn’t on the Expedia website cabinet was clean but needs some updating, but this area is very beautiful. "If you are headed towards the Snæfellsnes peninsula or Westfjords of Iceland, this is a MUST overnight stop. Truly remarkable experience, words can’t even explain how fantastic this place is. The view is beautiful, it is remote - almost otherworldly. The unit (lodge) is brand new, immaculate, the windows are insane. Has all the amenities you need too. Esther and Pierre have done a remarkable job. It is a “bucket list” stay, 1000 percent."
