"Very comfortable and spacious 2 bedroom unit in the main building with lovely views over the hills to the ocean and Phillip Island. The cabins look really great as well. Easy walk to Burnt Pine township. Google maps photos show a pool in the grounds but it has been removed. Insect screens were damaged or missing so we couldnt leave windows open at night because of mosquitoes. Otherwise our stay was excellent. "

"The stand out is the view. Takes your breath away ! Not having been to the Island before we were really taking a stab in the dark when we booked . But couldn't have been happier . Perfect size for the 2 of us. Sure you do need a car to get around in but that is really the only way to properly cover the place anyway."

"Not much food choice and food and drink expensive. Main gripe is claim that 2 GB of Wi Fi provided. All gone after 1 day and they claim used it all and have to pay for more.
Rubbish when only used to download paper and mail and average data use over 3 month period is consistently 1.2 GB."

"Excellent parking for rented vehicle. Grounds very well maintained. Nice and private. Good proximity to airport, without disturbance from aircraft noise. Short distance to town centre (5 minute drive). Central to all main places of interest.
Must have own vehicle to get around, but local rentals are easy to access and quite inexpensive.
Be prepared for intermittent disruption to hot water to rooms and lack of free WI-FI availability. Other options for internet connection available through a...
