"The landlady, Kim was very nice and accommodating. She helped me with the directions around the area. It was hard to find her at first. They do not have a reception area, but the people in the condo helped me contact her. I would advice you buy a sim at the airport if you don't have a thai number and you contact her (number indicated in her post) prior to going to the condo.
