"I had a lovely time at Lavender home stay. The location is perfect, close to the lake but a little tucked away from the main strip meaning you have some privacy.
The room was spacious and tidy with a big bathroom, I didn’t get a chance to use the pool but it seemed very clean and other guests were enjoying it.
Nam, the owner, was amazing, so kind and friendly, gave great recommendations and was helpful."

"Company listing on Expedia website showed room with discount that seems to be very limited in availability. Contacting hotel staffs were not helpful in resolving issues with reservations. "

"Excellent place to stay. We travelled in a group of 4. We LOVE this hotel. From the room to the facilities to the breakfast buffet…everything was top notch. We will definitely come back here. "

"Accommodation is new & the ròom was massive. Easy to get into Tam Coc. Lily was lovely & organised a fabulous day trip. "

"good pool but the gym and pool hours end too early at 7 pm or 8 pm. No pool towels even at noon. Breakfast staff for pho and egg station leaves the station an hour before breakfast ends. Pho soup is better than some street vendors. Room is a bit outdated with wall cracks but the room is still big with updated bathrooms. "

"Horrible service received from the hotel staff. Pre-booked and paid rooms were not “available”. No notice from the hotel
beforehand.
Hotel didn’t help to arrange another accommodation. They just told to go nearby dormitory.
