"Unfortunately, it wasn't as pleasant as I would have wanted it to be, the A/C in my room stopped working properly at midnight. A few ants were on my bed and bit me while I was asleep. I respectfully informed the front desk of the issues and if the manager could give me a call asap. It's been over 48 hours and have not heard from management. I'm all about giving a business a second chance and will stay at the same room if the deficiencies are fixed. "

"The stay was unpleasant, stay here for couple of time but won't return to stay here again anymore. So LUCKY that there's wedding reservation that weekend, wedding family act like they book the whole resort and celebrate like at home which is quite annoying with the disturbing noises. Great that staff exchange room after complain but this doesn't help in early morning in 5am due to the wedding ceremony starts 6am, more unknown people came in to the resort parked infront of the room without...
