"Schone kamer. Alleen kamer is te donker. Mag wel een licht erbij. Vorig x waren wij hier 1 nacht en was onze kamer veel groter en ruimer met een mooie uitzicht. Ook een welness kamer. Nu stuk kleiner voor 2 nachten en bouw uitzicht. Beetje jammer. Maar verder prima."

"The room was really nice and just as described. We had a nice view out of our windows. The lighting in the room was really nice. The shower door was a bit janky but held up alright. The cooking utensils and cleaning supplies in the kitchen were a bit underwhelming but all in all I would definitely recommend this place for a short stay."

"We arrived late night Door closed took 25 mins for someone to open from reception even by ringing bell. Staff, not friendly. First room was decrepit, headboard scratched deteriorated with nasty stains. A/C not working, sofa chair with horrible brown and white stains all over the seat and backrest. No Kleenex tissues. Room smelled. Hairs hanging from hangers in the closet. Mold inside shower. Etc. We were staying for two nights, yet after the horrible experience we decided to leave the hotel....

"Very nice room (especially loved the bathroom design!) We paid for breakfast, which was a good buffet with a big selection (cold and hot), the hotel is not near any cafes so it is worth adding breakfast. We loved the pool/sauna/steam room with a view of the lake. We would definitely stay again and hire the hotel bikes to cycle into Utrecht (it's also easy on the bus to get there from the centre). Staff were excellent too."

"Reception was on the 3rd floor n rooms were 3 floors on top. For a first time guest, pls clarify how to get in n only one entrance outside the many entrances of the mall will let guest in w a room pass/swipe after 12MN. Our king bed was 2 single beds pushed together,hence d side tables were too far to reach! Otherwise location was handy for anything else n shower was wonderful. Did not have any meals in so can’t comment. Bring your own tea mugs as they have only small coffee cups despite asking...

"De kamer was prima en het personeel ook. Alleen 26 euro betalen om te parkeren is echt bizar. Verder miste ik een flesje water in de kamer, liep de douche niet goed door en waren de kamers erg gehorig. "

"The location was perfect, 5 mins walk into the centre. Parking on site was €25 euro for 24 hours. Hotel was spotlessly clean and rooms were lovely. Recommend longhorns over the road for dinner. Would definitely stay again "

"Only issue was the Dom church bells and chimes . Every 15 minutes all day , if you are a light sleeper then it could be a problem. That would go for most hotels in that area . "

"I'm coming from another country with bags then I discover that there is only stairs to take the bags and I have to take it by myself which is very hard for me. I receive the room without cleaning and ful of insects. When I complain they didn't do anything only the security help me by changing the room"
