"Some staff very rude, No restaurant available for food on the Saturday evening/Night"

"Room was clean. No lack of hot water. But water from the shower sprayed all over the floor. Breakfast was excellent, so many options. Parking in the open lot was a bit confusing as our Canadian Mastercard would not work at the machine. We used AI to figure this out. Right next to the train station which was quite handy."

"Location excellent right in the centre parking close by and not overly expensive would definitely recommend"

"We were given a room beside the railway tracks. Overall dingy feel"

"Centrally located. Super easy to get to from Airport via train and a 4 minute walk. Take the boat cruise they offer. Well worth the time and money."

"It was a great stay! The place is close to the tram, making it easy to get around and reach all the main attractions in the city."
