"Room was quite small, with no view. Staff always excellent."

"The best hotel in the world. I’ve stayed many a place on the top 50 hotels but this one is the best by far that I have experienced. I’ve never experienced better service, care, and attention to detail. The architecture was a true work of art. The cuisine superb, ambiance 10/10."

"I liked it here. Very family friendly, great waterpark. Food is pretty typical of such all inclusive. Restaurant had a BBQ out the back which had tasty options often ignored by most guests (they could make more of this)."

"The best breakfast buffet ever, you can't ask for more. Rooms are outdated Location great Staff excellent"

"This hotel is outstanding in every way - pure relaxation - we felt taken care of by each member of staff, the food is absolutely delicious and so fresh. Rooms are large and our view of the grounds and mountains was breathtaking. Beautiful walks under the olive trees, grounds so well maintained. The pool is fabulous and we cant wait to return to this gorgeous hotel."

"The rooftop terrace was nice, beautiful property, rooms seemed like they were brand new and very clean. The breakfast was perfect. We had an early day planned and the staff prepared it before their usual time so that we could enjoy it. The property is only 90m from the Medina so a great location if you want to enjoy the uniqueness of Marrakech!"

"Hotel is lovely, great facility, Great Pool, Great bars and the pool and bar staff were great. It’s a good buffet and good all inclusive. Downsides: It was very difficult to book any of the à la carte restaurants at a sensible time. My room spelled a bit foisty. Our dressing gowns were damp on arrival. We ran out of shower gel which wasn’t topped up. The WiFi is atrocious. I asked to cancel my last night on the day I arrived. I am still awaiting a response from the hotel and Expedia on...

"Did not enjoy my stay here at all and would avoid. Had an odd rule about no outside food or drink allowed despite there being a fridge in the room. I respect rules so I didn’t bring anything in with me. I would carry things to go to the beach or shop around. The hotel guard/man at the front would ask if I brought any outside food or drink which makes sense, but why then proceed to grab & look through my bags without consent after I had already said no. This happened on multiple times which makes...

"Quiet paradise in Medina.. slept so well"
