"DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE!!!! The deck was covered in dead limbs. The grass wasn't cut. No-one has been to upkeep this place for a long time. There were thousands of dead bugs all over the floor and furniture. The AC doesn't work and there was nothing clean in the entire place. I couldn't stay in these kinds of conditions. "Positives: There was a supply of everything we needed from soaps to rags and towels to dishes. The kitchen and bathroom were clean; the water is excellent, and the freezer dispenses both water and ice. There were live plants and a birdfeeder on the deck, and the grounds were well kept and mostly free of poison ivy.
