"I booked a double King Bed room for my wife and I and when i arrived we were given a room with twin beds, not the romantic stay we was looking for. I was then offered to upgrade to a room with a king bed (which i had already booked) for an additional £20. Had to walk back down to reception where we were told we were pre warned about the air conditioning ( we were not!!) and there was a fan in the room- there wasn’t.
