"Amazing beach view. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and met every standard we needed. Having a private beach area was one of the best things. We tried going to the South Beach area but it was over crowded. We ended up back at the private beach area and it was such a great experience. We had our kids with us and having a washer and dryer in the room was a life saver. "

"The concierge was so helpful and happily helped us check in, answer questions during our stay, assisted with late check out process, and check out. The place was clean, including our room! So convenient to have a washer and dryer in our unit! Pool had a great view and heated! I would definitely stay here again!"

"I love the place. That’s is a hidden gem. I would let the guy in the property stay there full time in case the guest need something. He was very helpful. In the lake house you could add some paintings or Japanese drawing to the wall to make it feel more cozy . Overall the experience was great and the birds and landscape are breathtaking. Thanks we will be back! "

"The view was absolutely priceless. However we had problems restocking items needed. The facility was under construction but there was no mention of this in the advertising. Units outdated and need attention. Reception desk was a long process but could be remedied by extra staff. Valet staff was quick and efficient. A few areas need improvement but I would definitely recommend a stay here with an ocean view unit."

"This was the worst experience I have ever had. The room was nothing like the photos the kitchen was 3 ft there was a microwave, toaster, coffee maker and fridge. The linoleum around the sink was peeling off. The porcelain in the tub was chipping no stopper for tub. There was poop in in stairwell for 3 days. We asked for soap in the bathroom by the pool for 4 days. No hottub. They humiliated my friend when she was waiting for the rest of us to get there. The valets were the only good part."
