"Very well recently restored chateau with lovely, quiet bedrooms. Staff were very attentive to our needs. A continental breakfast including eggs of your choice was served in the beautiful dining room. The charcuterie meal was plentiful and included a glass of their wine. Other guests agreed that it would have been nice to have been able to eat a 3 course meal at the chateau instead of having to drive to a local restaurant. We would certainly recommend this experience."

"The front desk and concierge were extremely friendly and helpful. Being from the states we were slightly worried about communication. They understood and spoke English very well which made check in and parking much easier. Valet services for personal cars were helpful as well. The room was beautiful and better than our expectations. A lot of features that we wished to have in hotels in the states, such as towel dryers and do not disturb buttons. "This was an excellent hotel and perfect location to enjoy Bordeaux. It’s is either steps or a short tram ride from most things one would want to enjoy in the city and it is two blocks from the tram stop. The staff was extremely helpful and nice and provided everything we needed. The room was clean and fully equipped. Highly recommend!"
