"Receptionist was very thoughtful! When I checked in my room was upstairs and being I recently had knee surgery and I have very bad back pain. The receptionist noticed I was in severe pain when I walked in, so I checked in and asked if my room was downstairs she said no but I can see your in pain so you have a seat and I’ll find you a room downstairs. Not only did she give me a room downstairs but when I went to shower there’s a whirlpool tub in the bathroom so you know I had to take a bath! So...
