"Stained room carpet and overfirm bed were the only issues I encountered. Breakfast was excellent and staff kept the area tidy. Checkout was a breeze."

"Breakfast was mediocre. Room smelled musty, toilet didn’t flush well, neither treadmill worked and both ellipticals were missing power cords. One desk attendant at check in time on an OU game day. Long line! Price hiked up to $300/night because of the game. Definitely NOT worth the money. If they’re gonna charge that much, they need to do better for sure!"

"The hotel was ok, but I wasn't expecting a 4 star resort either. There was a mildew smell in our room, most likely coming from the air conditioning and even our sheets felt "damp". We had to buy some air fresheners to place in the room. The beds were overall comfortable enough and the room served its purpose."

"Fabulous and friendly!"

"The young lady at the front desk is always so happy, pleasant , and cheerful Good location for OU games Clean and today"

"The room was nice enough. The bathroom floor was a little dirty."

"This was my first experience at a bed and breakfast. The staff there when we checked in, Amy and Jason, were amazing! The room was nice and cozy! Breakfast was delivered and was delicious! There were so many different things to see: an rock arch with a cross and fire pit, a koi fish pond, several paths, a vineyard. The main house had an awesome deck to sit on containing wooden rocking chairs and a gazebo. The property was lit with string lights giving it a calm, peaceful and if you wanted one,...

"TV channels would freeze and connection error would appear. TV was mostly unusable. Everything else was great"

"Check in was good. Room was ready at 3:00 check in."

"Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Tub was a little outdated with rust around the fixtures and the faucet leaked when turned on. Just needed a little maintenance love. Other than that - good stay."
