"The stay was not good. Few things I didn’t like - Poor customer service ( The receptionist didn’t even know I was coming or had any information about my arrival) - To many mosquitoes with no mosquito spray available but rooms had mosquito nets which I don’t like to use - No drinking water in the rooms - No hot water in the room but was transferred to another room - Very poor shower system "

"The property was perfect. The owner was very responsive and gave clear instructions on how to get in the apartment. It was clean and spacious. Our only complaint is that the windows were left open And several mosquitoes and flies were buzzing around the apartment making it hard to sleep. Suggest getting mosquitoes nets around the beds or screens on the windows to prevent this from happening. But will still recommend!"

"We stayed here for 1 night after a long flight from the US. We were heading to Mombasa the next morning The front desk lady was courteous, kind and very helpful. Her name was Maureen. I would recommend the management recognize her for her customer service I would definitely stay here again "
