"Absolutely loved this hotel. Amazing to watch the sunset over the ocean from the fire pits and then the moon rise out of our room window. Then to wake up to the ocean in the morning was so peaceful. Highly recommend this hotel."

"The carpet was filthy. It had stains everywhere. The refrigerator didn’t work and we didn’t get a new one until the next day. Then the microwave stopped working. The room was old. The windows was dirty, so the view was not clear. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel."

"We had a beautiful view and the hot tub was amazing minus the wind tunnel, but that’s the pnw for you! The fire place was not working and the beds were super stiff. But the staff was amazing, and the room was very clean."

"The room had a bunch of garbage, used dog toys, etc under the beds. We stayed in room 117 which literally opens up directly to the front lobby. There was no privacy, it was very loud late into the night and early morning with people going in and out, dogs barking, loud voices, doors shutting. Our entire family and dog didn’t get any rest. The property is well maintained. The pool was nice and the hospital staff were great."

"We had a horrible experience. We checked into the hotel and dropped off all of our bags in our room then went out to dinner. Upon arriving back from dinner, our keys no longer worked. We went to the front desk and were advised that they had overbooked the hotel and put someone else in our room. They went into our room when we were out to dinner and removed all of our belongings and put them in storage and then gave someone else our room. Bottom line, they screwed up and we had to find another...

"It was our first time visiting here, we travelled as a family with kids (7 and 11) and our Dog. What a great place to stay! We came here without expectations and we found ourselves already planning our return. Plenty of things to do! Tennis / Pickle ball courts, board games room, Basketball court and a playground (Although this could use some love as they were rusty). Plenty of places to walk your dog and doggy stations with bags in many different places. Rooms are a bit dated, more leaning...

We asked for a pet free room & staff said all their rooms are for pets which is not what was advertised. There was pet hair on beds & floor. It was too late to get refunded. The location is good but we won't stay again."

"Besides the fridge giving a awful smell even when you didn't open it (was way worse when it was opened) and all the food smelling like it . The place is amazing. The location is amazing. The staff was amazing. The bed is super comfy."

"They really should put up signs in the rooms asking guests to be respectful—specifically, not to disturb their neighbors with noise or loud conversations. Our neighbors were extremely noisy and disruptive; it wasn't peaceful at all, and they disturbed us a great deal."
