"Booked room for 3 nights. After 2 we were told we would have to move rooms due to an over booking. We had to check out of our room for 11 and our new room wouldn't be ready until 3pm. So we were without a room during the day. The hotel has recently been taken over and is now geared to families with children and our room was next to an adventure play park which was very noisy from 8am to 9:30 pm. "What a lovely place to stay! Annie, our host (and her sweet dog Mabel) were really fun to visit with. The accommodations were spotless and spacious and the setting in the countryside was beautiful. This was the perfect spot from which to launch our adventures on the northern coast of Northern Ireland."

"At best the photos are misleading. The chairs in the photo were not there. The cooking utensils were one very small saucepan. The cups were dirty. There were no towels, tea towels or toilet rolls or plug for the kitchen sink. Central heating was an infrared heater on the wall. The sink in the bathroom was rusty and discoloured the water. The whole room was grubby. The WiFi and tv did not work. Several people tried and failed to get it working. The outside area was run down with broken equipment...

"room was ready at check in time , bathroom was dirty hairs in bath chew gum on floor , drawers in bedroom had food left in them from previous person that stayed in room so wasn't cleaned right room 610 and their were people in the corridor of the rooms drunk and talking for over an hour at 1am this morning and i personally had to go out and ask them to keep noise down , shocking for a hotel which is meant to be one of best ones in Londonderry , would never stay here again"
