"The rooms were excellent and the surrounding area was great for an evening walk around the golf course. The restraunt and bar being onsite meant that we didn't have to go searching for somewhere in the local area. Breakfast was superb with a wide choice. A great place to stay close to Coleraine and the north coast. I really recommend it."

"The staff at the IBIS in Coleraine were great - very friendly and helpful. However, my room had a distinct smell of smoke, as if a previous occupant had been a smoker - Not good! Also, no safe in the room! Also, maybe you need to review your policy towards young children in the bar area. say after 9pm, as there were some evenings where the bar sounded more like a kids playground than a bar! Food was good, particularly the roasts of the day."

"My son and I had a one night stay at this hotel recently and I must say that this property is first class. It's spotless and comfortable and the staff are helpful. However the only thing I did not like was that when we were having breakfast a couple brought a small dog along which I think is not hygienic at all. I don't know if this is allowed and the staff might not have been aware of this. The dog was quiet but I think should not have been there. Apart from that the breakfast was fantastic and...

"Nice hotel. Free parking. Stayed as a family in 2 double-rooms as no family rooms available due to a footbacll competition in town. Rooms were very large and good beds. Parking was free which is always good. Staff very friendly. Booked breakfast upon check-in and a very good price (£24 for a family of 4). Good breakfast too. Would definately recommend this place."

"We absolutely loved our stay here. After multiple days of traveling, we felt like we could truly relax in this bright and spacious room. It was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. We could easily walk to all of the hot spots. The owners were also very helpful and communicative. We had a walking tour on the day of our checkout and they graciously allowed us a late checkout. We want to return to Derry just to stay here again!"

"Lovely hotel in a regenerated area of the city. Good facilities. Only things that need improvement are staff customer service- waiters and waitresses are either young and clearly doing summer jobs or older staff where English is not their first language and I found either things asked for did not show up or staff didn’t understand. Also an electric charger for EV/ hybrid vehicles would be welcome."
