"Wonderful couple met us on arrival and shared excellent locally produced wine. Wife and I loved staying there and visiting with them. Hope to visit again as they are minutes away from where our daughter, son in law and their kids now live."

La réponse de l’hôtel “urgences et pas pu vous joindre “ Un mail avec les codes d accès aurait été plus simple. Je me suis retrouvé sans hôtel je n’ai jamais vécu cela c’est inadmissible 😡😡😡😡et toujours sur messagerie personne vous rappelle et pas de remboursement !!"

"Beautiful chateaux - and excellent location in terms of proximity to Saint Emilion. Rooms were great and staff were extremely helpful. Big call out to Veren in the restaurant and wine bar - very attentive, funny and a great ambassador. One suggestion would be for the hotel to run a shuttle bus to Bordeaux a couple of time a day - either free or for a charge - Uber was about €120 into the city albeit much cheaper coming back - would be a nice touch if the hotel wanted to consider it. "We got to the chateau late in the afternoon. When we arrived Jeremy was very amicable and helped us with our luggage and explanation on how to enter the chateau. Emmanuelle gave us some very good restaurant suggestions near by to the chateau. It was such a great and unique experience spending the night at the chateau. We were given the Master room with the adjoining room for our son to sleep in. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was great! We got to walk the grounds for an evening stroll....
