"This is NOT a hotel! The front desk explained that it is a condo rental. That means you do not get any cleaning, even with a8 night stay. And you get 1 bath towel, nothing else. No replacement towels, and no hand towel or washcloths. And you get 1 roll of toilet paper, then you have to buy it yourself. Having said that, the front desk staff was very helpful, when they were present. And it is only 1 block to the beach. If you have a larger rental car, beware of the enclosed parking spaces...

"Beutrice was attentive to my needs, a pleasant and friendly lady. The property is in an excellent location just 1 min to the seafront and restuarants. My stay was ideal for me to experience the start of the 2024 Vendee globe race. "

"Excellent stop off on our way to Bordeaux. Friendly and helpful staff. Good value. Nice breakfast. Only downside (and not the hotels fault) was that we stayed on a weekend and couldn’t get in at any restaurants nearby in the evening."
