"Property overall cleanliness in the hotel/ water park area was very not good, not sure if it was a staffing issue or what. Lots of random trash all over the hallways in all areas that I saw. Most of the showers in the boys locker room were not working. The lockers you had to pay to keep your stuff safe did not appear to be working. There was very few staff to address cleanliness and sanitation concerns in and around the pool area. Broken drains and obvious puke on the floor between the lazy river and other water park area. Broken large water slide. Room was relatively clean but was not given a room with a king bed, which was part of the reservation. Did not try any of the food or drink out of caution for how the other areas of the facility were being handled. "

"My room was spectacularly clean, staff was super friendly! No free breakfast, however, for $15 for my 3 nights I could order breakfast up to $25 each morning. So that's a win as it included my coffee. "

"It’s a basic room with a fridge and good bathroom. Staff at front was nice it’s an easy check in. Truly my only complaint was bedding had stains on it some hairs :( I realize this not the Ritz but clean sheets should always be a must . Overall good spot for a quick stay modern rooms not the old style"

"The main amenities were broken, pool and hot tub, which is why we booked this stay. The place didn’t have any carts to use to load our items. Breakfast was great though, i loved the selections and the layout of the place was awesome. The room wasn’t super clean in the bathroom, looked like leftover sticker gems like a heart and glitter on the floor and when i wiped the ground the towel was black. The shower curtain didn’t hold any water in the shower so the whole floor was soaked and the fan for ventilation didn’t work so it was extremely hot to shower, and the toilet wouldn’t stop running for 6 hours while we left. it kept randomly running new water it was odd. our neighbors across the hall screamed almost all night. the beds and blankets and pillows were awesome and the set up of the room was cool. the view of the trash can wasn’t very nice but it was still fun. "
