"Parking is excellent, staff are lovely. Our room not so good. The window catch was broken so it was hard to open and wouldn’t close properly, none of the wall lights worked and despite booking the room for 2, there was just 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel."

"I have to say I waa really surprised at how nice this place was. The only issue for me (being a bigger bloke) was i couldn't fit in the shower as it only has a s.mall opening but I was able to get around ."

"Rooms were good size. Bed was large and comfy. Pillows were comfy.
Bathroom was a good size.
All very clean.
The floors in the room are laminate and could do with a good hoover and mop.
Swimming pool was a good size. Sauna and steam rooms were working and usable.
Gym was small but had everything needed.
£15 parking for 24hr is a let down. If your a staying guest parking should be included.
Towels are supplied for use at the pool and gym so you don't have to take them from the room."

"My stay was only three nights but it turned out to be like two separate stays. I was checked into a single room as requested and was initially delighted with it. But I then found that it coincided with football being shown on a large screen TV just yards away in the courtyard from my window, and that my room was next door to a gents toilet open to the visitors (ie public). "Rooms very beaten down, marks on walls, paint peeling off bathroom door.
I understand you get what you pay for as it was cheap but the rooms could have been cleaner, there was loads of spider webs above windows and all on ceiling.
Had 2 power cuts during the night.
At least bed was comfortable "
