"Property was great, room was nice, pool, hot tub and work out room were nice. The only bummer was the room we had was in Bldg F on ground floor and the lady that checked us in said we would have a partial view of lake but there were too many bushes so it was more like a sliver view. If you come back in the evening you may not be able to park close to your bldg."

"Checked in late , 2100 hours. Once in the room, one bed looked as though it had been slept in. It was unmade with all pillows stacked on it. Trash can was full. Towels hung over shower door. Called the answering service since the office was closed. The manager’s wife talked to me. The manager came by to “verify” that the room has not been serviced. The two of them offered an upgrade to a room with 2 kings and a view of the lake. This room was clean. I also got a later check out time by 2 hours....

"The cottages are all clean and the grounds are nicely kept. The cottage was just as described with plenty of room. We wished we could spend more time there on this trip, but we will come back again for a longer stay."

"How nice the young lady was at the check-in desk, and the staff in the restaurants were great! The woman at the cashiers desk was not polite at all she kept a very straight face very serious did say good luck but that was it not friendly at all that was a Native American woman now The Other Woman she was very friendly in outgoing but the other woman didn't seem to be very happy so maybe somebody can let that woman I don't know her name all I know she was a Native American very pretty just not...

"The overall property on the outside was clean and well maintained. The parking lot was smooth. The lobby was small but clean and smelled good. The guest room was cleaned. It needs to be updated on the carpet and bathroom. The tub and shower walls were peeling of paint and the sink was too low even for a short 5'1" person. The air conditioning was strong, so with the toilet flush. The water flow in the shower was weak. Gas station and a chinese restaurant next door."

"This is truly a "Hidden Gem". My wife and I booked this for a long-weekend getaway not too far from our home in the SF East Bay. The website looked promising and it had been a long time since either of us had been to the Clearlake area so it was somewhat of a "shot-in-the-dark". "This is our fourth day and the new staff was wonderful both girls very sweet sisters the breakfast was wonderful the help was wonderful very clean. My only complaint is that Expedia put the wrong dates for this swimming pool that's the whole reason why we chose to go to the B&B was they have a pool and it's pretty private which is comfortable for me due to the fact that I have help issues and would not want to be in the pool with a lot of people so this is the smaller B&B there is only three...

"I appreciated how clean everything was. I was glad to have a refrigerator and microwave. I didnt care for the coffee. I was going to get some from the office Kureg but the office was closed. I ended up going to buy another pillow from Walmart for my husband because he needs 2. Overall I liked the Travel Lodge and will stay there when I come back to town."
