Upon arrival, kitchen sink was dirty, stove had obviously had something hot spilled on knobs that were melted and grimy, stove had no propane, we had to switch the tank over (they did refill it), they provide the charchoal grill as listed, but no utensils. The single bathroom was very tiny and there was zero counter space in the bathroom. There is no hair soap or hair dryer included which is fine if you know ahead of time and can bring your own. You are staying at a propery which has the owners living in the home that is adjacent so they monitor the home very closely. We got a note on the door...
